Nature Explore Program at Catoctin Creek Park
Catoctin Creek will be the location this fall for an all new Nature Explore Club for ages 4-9. Check out the Fall Recreater Brochure for more details on this 6-week club. The Nature Explore Program has been designed to help children develop a deeper appreciation for the natural world while strengthening key observation skills, mathematical and scientific understandings, and literacy learning.
This program is a collaborative project of the Arbor Day foundation and Dimensions Educational Research Foundation. Please visit the Arbor Day Foundation website http://www.natureexplore.org/ to learn more about their Families’ Club kit as well as our other resources.
